It’s time to press restart. Let’s start this week fresh. Let’s start by giving ourselves some alkalizing, detoxifying, diuretic power … and other super-DANDY benefits that DANDELION GREENS have to offer.

Alkalize, alkalize, alkalize, and once again, alkalize. Yes, we’ve gotta alkalize. Health lies in ALKALINITY and the most alkalizing foods are LEAFY GREENS. Our day to day lives consisting mostly of caffeine, stress, sugar/artificial sweeteners, refined carbs, cigarettes and medications all create an acid environment in the blood. This is a problem mainly because disease—specifically cancer cells, proliferate and grow in an acidic environment, whereas healthy cells live and grow in an alkaline environment. When digestion takes place, certain foods generate an acidic condition in the body, and others generate an alkaline condition in the body.  That said, we ought to eat foods that have an alkalizing effect on the body, so that we can prevent cancer cells from forming and growing,  and promote healthy cells to grow normally thanks to the oxygen present in the alkaline environment.
