Turmeric is really a gold mine for anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and antioxidant properties. I love to drink it in tea, or in this delicious GOLDEN MILK

  • 1 cup cashew milk (soak cashews overnight or for at least 4 hours and blend them with water until creamy. Ratio of cashews to water is 1 cup cashews to 3-4 cups water.
  • 2 Tbsp pollen
  • 1-2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp raw unfiltered organic honey

  • Stir all ingredients with a spoon, shake them in a mason jar,  or blend them in a blender.
  • If you want to drink it warm, put the milk and the turmeric in a pot in low heat until it starts bubbling (simmering). Then remove it from the heat and stir in the pollen and honey.

One of the main reasons I like to drink tumeric in this “mylk” is because, curcumin (the active healing ingredient in turmeric) is fat soluble, so it’s a good idea to take turmeric with some fat in order to better absorb it ! The cashews in this recipe provide the necessary fat in order to efficiently absorb all the turmeric golden goodness.

Try it out!
